The project is situated on a huge stretch of land on the National Highway.
The first thing to keep in mind was to create a buffer between the residence and the ongoing traffic on the road.
The client being an interior designer himself had a few thoughts in mind about how a few thing could be designed as per his requirements and how we can take his inputs into consideration for better juxtaposition.
Having a vacant plot adjacent to their existing residence the client always wanted a new house for his growing family and his business.
The old house was getting a little congested as their business was growing fast and a huge space was required for storage. On the other side the clients and their kids were getting older and the need for personal space became paramount.
Keeping both these things in mind and the space requirements we proposed a mixed use building which accommodated their office and storage facility on the ground floor and their residential complex started from the first floor and internally connecting with the second floor activities.
The client works in Government services and wanted a peaceful residence for his family and himself after his retirement.
The property is in the outskirts of the town and is part of an upcoming residential society so we had to design the house in such a way that it stands the test of time and we tried to implement the same while keeping the clients budget and requirements in mind.
Exterior view for a Community Hanuman Temple in Pardi Nagpur
The temple serves as a community worship space for a densely populated residential area.
The people of the area chipped in to rebuild the existing temple from scratch and restored the idols from the old temple.
We feel immense pleasure to have worked on such a project.
This project was based in a crowded market in the town of Lakhni and we had to keep in mind three points during construction.
1. The continuous traffic along the road.
2. Keeping the clients loss at minimum by keeping the shop open during construction.
3. And keeping in mind the brief and holding it together with the limited resources and time while staying true to the design.
We were glad to complete the project on time and handover the site before Diwali.
